NTR-The Inland Rail Alternative
- Only NTR offers a spur line to the Surat Basin, direct access to the Port of Brisbane and a food bowl alignment through the Murray Darling and Murrumbidgee irrigation area.
- NTR offer a PPP solution with 6 years of construction and would welcome Government equity of say 25% of capital costs (approx. $3B) through ARTC equity injection investment. The alternative ARTC solution requires a minimum of $10.7B for an incomplete solution and more than ten years of construction.
